Last updated: October 7, 2026
M&J Coating Services LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information collected through mjcoatingservices.com.
Information We Collect
When you request an estimate or contact us through our website, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, project location, type of work, project description, and any photographs you choose to upload. We also receive information you voluntarily provide through the website’s chat.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to review your project, prepare estimates, answer questions, communicate with you, and manage work you request from M&J Coating Services LLC.
Submitting an estimate request does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Access and Service Providers
Within M&J, access to website requests is currently limited to the company member responsible for handling estimates and customer communications.
Our website is hosted on Wix. Wix and the email services we use process information as needed to operate the website, store submissions, and deliver communications. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Cookies and Website Technology
Wix may use cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality, security, and platform services. We have not added separate advertising or tracking tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect website functionality.
Project Photographs
Photographs submitted with an estimate request are used to evaluate and discuss your project. Submitting photographs does not, by itself, authorize their publication in our portfolio or marketing materials.
Retention and Privacy Requests
To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or deletion, or ask about how long it is retained, contact us at info@mjcoatingservices.com. We will review your request and explain any information that must be retained for ongoing work, business records, or applicable legal requirements.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our website or business practices change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
