Terms and Conditions

About This Website

This website is operated by M&J Coating Services LLC. It provides information about our painting and coating services, examples of completed projects, and ways to contact us or request an estimate.

Estimate Requests

Submitting a form, sending photographs, or contacting us through this website is an inquiry. It does not create a service contract, confirm a price, or reserve a project date.

We may request additional information or a site visit before preparing a proposal. Pricing and availability depend on the project’s scope, surface conditions, materials, access, and scheduling requirements.

Project Agreements

The scope of work, price, payment schedule, materials, timing, warranties, and any cancellation or refund conditions are established in the proposal or agreement for each project.

These website terms do not replace or modify an existing project agreement. Changes to an agreed scope should be documented and agreed upon by both parties.

Information and Photographs You Submit

Please provide accurate information and submit only photographs or materials you are authorized to share. Avoid including sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for evaluating your project.

Submitting photographs for an estimate does not, by itself, authorize their use in our portfolio or advertising.

Website Content and Project Examples

Project photographs and descriptions illustrate particular work performed. Results, preparation methods, and coating systems vary by project and surface condition. Examples do not guarantee identical results for another project.

Please obtain permission before reusing our branding, photographs, or original website content, except where permitted by law.

Appropriate Use

Please use this website for legitimate inquiries. Do not submit fraudulent information, upload harmful files, send spam, or attempt to interfere with the website’s operation.

Privacy and Accessibility

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information submitted through this website. Our Accessibility Statement provides contact options if you have difficulty using the site.

Website Updates

We may update website content and these terms as our services or website features change. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.
